Today on "That's My Point" we had in the studio, Sergeant Lou Penque, president of the local chapter of the Police Benevolent Association.  We spoke about the West Palm Beach Police Department and how Mayor Frankel and the City Commissioners have reneged on their bargaining agreement contract and have denied raises to the Police Department.  

The city says that the economic times are tough and therefore we don't have the money to pay for the contract they sign.  The police unions says that they offered the city different ways to save money and even compromised on some issues, but the city would not negotiate on good terms.  This is just another side story in the West Palm Beach Soap City Counsel Soap Opera.  I will continue to update you on this situation..."
